IL Cazar Developments completes 35% of the construction of the Creek Town project in one year, Invest-Gate reports.

Chairman of IL Cazar Developments, Nader Khozam, notes that the company continues to direct more investments into the project’s construction, despite challenges imposed by high prices of building materials and high construction costs.

Situated on 100 acres, the Creek Town project is located at Suez Road, at the entrance to Al Rehab City.

The project includes 600 villas, townhouses, and twin houses, representing 70% of the project area.

It also comprises 1,000 housing units varied between duplexes and penthouses, accounting for 30% of the total project area.

“Commitment is an essential part of the company’s business strategy, and it is currently developing four projects with different construction rates; Creek Town, Go Heliopolis, and Creek District, and NORD,” Khozam says.
