IL Cazar Developments launches the Creek District project on one km in New Cairo, along with the Suez Road, Invest-Gate reports.

The project includes various units in multiple areas tailored to meet the requirements of the company’s potential clients.

Nader Khozam, Chairman of IL Cazar Developments, says that the project is a complex strip including commercial, administrative, and medical units.

Khozam notes that the project comprises a medical building with clinic spaces, serviced parking areas, elevators, CCTV, firefighting systems, security services, alarms, rooftop areas, loading areas, and semi-finished units.

He reveals that the company offers flexible plans featuring a 5% discount and installment plan of up to 6 years.

The top executive adds that the Creek District project is a part of Creek Town which is an integrated residential project located at 100 acres on New Cairo Road with investments of EGP 8 bn.

The handover of units at Creek Town is set to start in 2024.
