IL Cazar, a prominent real estate developer, has announced a strategic partnership with Orange Egypt to provide advanced telecommunications and smart city solutions for two key projects: Go Heliopolis and Creek Town, Invest-Gate reports.

This collaboration will introduce Orange’s Triple Play services, which offer high-speed internet, IP telephony, and IPTV and enhance residents’ living experiences.

Engy Nassif, Managing Director and Co-Founder of IL Cazar, and Hesham Mahran, Chief Business Officer at Orange Egypt, signed the agreement. The deal will also see installing a fiber optic network to ensure seamless connectivity and operational efficiency across the projects.

Go Heliopolis, covering 18,000 sqm and with a total investment of EGP 5 bn, is Heliopolis’s first integrated residential complex. Creek Town, a luxurious residential community spanning 100 feddans, enjoys a prime location on the Cairo-Suez Road in the First Settlement and offers premium living spaces.
