IL Cazar Developments has announced the launch of its latest coastal project, “The C”, located at kilometer 188 in Ras El Hekma, with total investments of EGP 30 billion, Invest-Gate reports.

Spanning 114 feddans, the project represents IL Cazar’s second development in Ras El Hekma and third launch in 2025, signaling the company’s accelerated growth and strong market momentum.

“The C” is designed as a luxury coastal destination, developed on just 20% of the land to ensure privacy, low density, and expansive natural views. The remaining space is dedicated to open landscapes, water features, and green zones, including over 20 different water bodies such as lagoons, shaded canals, and infinity pools.

The project includes a diverse mix of upscale units, such as standalone villas, twin houses, chalets, penthouses, and private beach cabins, with unit sizes ranging from 154 sqm to 355 sqm. All units are designed with modern architecture and direct sea views. Key amenities include a five-star hotel, two clubhouses, sports facilities, international dining, and a wellness and spa center.
