Nile Delta for Construction has launched its real estate development arm, Image Developments, entering the Egyptian property market with a diverse project portfolio built on over two decades of experience in contracting, Invest-Gate reports.
The company announced that its first project, Siam Mall, is now underway in 6th of October City.
Hassan Abdel Wahab, Chairman of Nile Delta for Construction, said the move responds to strong demand in the real estate sector and a need for experienced developers. He emphasised that the company’s solid background in project execution supports its ambitious development plans.
Ali Al-Enezi, Chief Commercial Officer at Image Developments, said the firm’s construction expertise enables it to deliver high-quality projects. He noted that Siam Mall will be Egypt’s first East Asian-themed commercial, administrative, and medical complex, located directly on Gamal Abdel Nasser Axis.
Construction on Siam Mall has already reached 20%, reflecting the company’s financial strength. Al-Enezi added that Delta Nile is handling construction, leveraging its status as a first-category contractor certified by the Egyptian Federation for Construction and Building Contractors. The company has also partnered with Ray Consultancy, led by Dr. Eng. Mohamed Rasmy, and MEETARONA, led by Eng. Ali Shahin, for business and marketing consultancy.
Haitham Lotfy, Head of Sales at Image Developments, described Siam Mall as a promising investment opportunity, with unit handover expected within two years. He highlighted flexible payment plans starting at 5% down with instalments up to seven years, and operational unit sizes beginning at 40 sqm, making the project accessible to a wide range of investors.
