After the success of its intensive advertising campaign, Imarrae Developments announced the launch of its first project, “KIN,” an integrated residential development that combines luxury and modern design to introduce a new and innovative concept in the Egyptian real estate market, Invest-Gate reports.

The “KIN” project is located in one of the most prestigious areas of the Fifth Settlement in New Cairo, specifically in the El-Koronfel Villas area, directly across from Gate 24 of Al Rehab. The project enjoys an exceptional location, only 500 m from the Northern 90th street and 500 m from Al Rehab Gate, providing easy access to various parts of New Cairo. It is set amidst an upscale villa community, offering a quiet and luxurious residential environment.

The site is also conveniently located near vital facilities and services, being five minutes from Al-Ahly Club, four minutes from Family Park, three minutes from Golden Square, and two minutes from Wadi Degla Club.

The KIN project spans an area of 23 feddans and includes a mix of residential, commercial, administrative, and hotel units. It features various types of units to meet different needs, including hotel and service units, residential apartments with two to three bedrooms, studios, duplexes, lofts, and penthouses, along with administrative and commercial units that are still under planning.

Imarrae has introduced flexible payment systems to accommodate different customers, including a unique option that allows payments of 1% monthly for 100 months, making unit ownership in “KIN” more accessible.

The launch ceremony for the “KIN” project was held on Tuesday, February 18, and attended by a group of prominent businessmen and investors. During the ceremony, Eng.
