Reflecting its ambitious expansion strategy, Imarrae Developments has announced its official entry into Egypt’s real estate market through a portfolio of integrated residential projects in New Cairo and Sheikh Zayed. The move marks a strategic shift from the company’s leadership in commercial and administrative projects to the residential sector, while maintaining its hallmark standards of quality and innovation. Imarrae also revealed a strategic partnership with AKD Management Solutions to strengthen its operational capabilities, Invest-Gate reports.
Founded by Eng. Hossam Ibrahim, Chairman and Co-Founder, and Mr. Ahmed Khodr, Co-Founder and CEO, Imarrae builds on more than 20 years of combined experience in property development and project management across Egypt and the Gulf region.
Eng. Hossam Ibrahim is recognized as a pioneer in the construction and development field. He founded Athar Contracting in Qatar in 1998, Al-Rabat Marble Factory in Aswan, and co-founded Al-Rabat Holding Group in the UAE and Qatar, which invests across real estate, education, and healthcare.
Mr. Ahmed Khodr, Co-Founder and CEO, brings extensive expertise in large-scale development and project management. He also chairs Blue Holding, known for projects such as Mivida Business Park Office Building and Blue Side Hub Mall in Marina Al Alamein. Today, he leads Imarrae’s expansion with a vision focused on smart investment and professional execution.
The company’s first flagship project, KIN, will be launched in New Cairo on 25 acres in the El Koronfal Villas area. Designed as a modern, integrated community, KIN will offer luxury villas and apartments surrounded by green spaces, along with commercial and administrative components. The project, designed and supervised by AlAsri Consultant of the UAE, targets sales exceeding EGP 16bn.
Looking ahead, Imarrae plans to launch three new integrated projects in 2026 in East and West Cairo, after acquiring over 100 acres of prime land in strategic locations. This expansion supports the company’s goal of creating sustainable urban communities that deliver long-term value and contribute to Egypt’s development.
