Imarrae Launches First Residential Project “KIN” in New Cairo with EGP16bn Investments, Marking Major Market Expansion

Imarrae, a leading Egyptian real estate developer, has announced the launch of its first boutique residential project, KIN, in the Al-Qoronfel district of New Cairo as part of its strategic plan to expand into the Egyptian residential sector. Spanning 23 acres, the development represents total investments exceeding EGP 16bn and aims to introduce a fully integrated community combining modern living, premium residences, commercial components, and lifestyle amenities, Invest-Gate reports.

The company confirmed that KIN represents a significant strategic shift, leveraging Imarrae’s established leadership in commercial and administrative real estate to deliver high-quality residential developments that meet the growing demand for contemporary, well-integrated communities in key urban districts. Located in the heart of New Cairo, the project benefits from direct access to major roads, surrounding residential and commercial hubs, and essential services, positioning it as an attractive destination for families seeking a balanced and well-connected living experience.

KIN offers a total built-up area of 96,600 sqm and features a diverse range of residential units delivered in a Core & Shell model. The masterplan prioritizes greenery and open views, with townhouse units located along landscaped mini parks to create tranquil residential zones. Meanwhile, modern apartment buildings are centrally positioned amid open courtyards, plazas, and gardens, while a dynamic commercial street on the main road provides retail, dining, and daily services for residents. At the core of the development lies the community center, serving as a dynamic hub for social, recreational, and sports activities.

The project was designed and is being executed by Al Asri Consultant from the UAE, a firm renowned for delivering internationally recognized developments across the Middle East. Imarrae targets total projected sales exceeding EGP 16bn through the rollout of the project’s phased development plan.

Hossam Ibrahim, Co-Founder and Chairman of Imarrae, stated that KIN embodies the company’s vision to build fully integrated communities based on quality, sustainability, and long-term value. He emphasized that Imarrae aims to redefine modern urban living in Egypt by blending advanced architectural design with comprehensive services and premium lifestyle offerings.

CEO and Co-Founder Ahmed Khedr added that KIN has been designed to deliver a balanced residential experience through green spaces, quiet internal streets, and dedicated facilities that promote community engagement and support healthy living. He noted that the company seeks to create a sustainable model that responds to the expectations of residents who value modern, fully integrated urban environments.

Imarrae has also strengthened its operational model through a partnership with AKD Management Solutions, led by founder Amr El Kady, to ensure efficient real estate management systems that guarantee high-quality services and outstanding customer experiences.

KIN offers a wide range of amenities and facilities including landscaped green areas, running and cycling tracks spanning 1.4 km, children’s spaces, a swimming pool, private townhouse gardens, security gates, underground parking, surveillance systems, an internal traffic network, and a diverse commercial area catering to daily needs. The project also includes community-centered features such as an artificial lake, amphitheater, outdoor cinema, and multipurpose sports areas designed to enhance recreational and social engagement.

Imarrae affirmed that KIN reflects the company’s ability to deliver advanced, fully integrated urban developments aligned with Egypt’s vision for sustainable urban growth and evolving real estate market needs.
