UAE’s real estate developer Imkan is to develop a mixed-use project within its 180,000-square-meter waterfront Makers District on Reem Island in Abu Dhabi, Invest-Gate reports.
To span over a built-up area of 83,000 square meters, Pixel will offer 480 residential units within seven mixed-use residential towers.
The project will also be include over 3,500 square meters of an artisanal mix of food and beverage, retail outlets and offices, as well as a water feature.
The construction work is expected to begin in the first quarter of 2018 and is slated for completion by the end of 2020.
