Hisham Ibrahim, general manager of IMS (Investment & Management Solutions), signs an investment consultancy contract with T.H.A Development for the City Park project in Port Said, with EGP 220 mn investments, Invest-Gate reports.

City Park is a commercial project, located on 13,000 sqm with 21,000 sqm of operating and rental space. The project features a ground floor and two floors on Tarh El Bahr Street, Port Said, under the supervision of Perfect consultancy, headed by Ashraf Helal and Ahmed Helal.

“IMS is responsible for developing business and providing technical, investment, marketing, and financial feasibility studies, in addition to studying the construction cost of projects and sales and payment systems,” Ibrahim adds.

Additionally, the mall aims to provide a different shopping experience for Port Said residents, featuring many brands that will be opened in the mall, in addition to several different commercial activities that provide comfort to the mall visitors, like restaurants, cafes, and kids areas.

Ibrahim says that MRB Company for Malls Management, headed by Mohamed Rashid, will present the project’s operational plan in terms of selecting brands, forming operational and rental specifications, providing services that are an added value to the project, and working to maximize investment opportunities in it.

It’s worth mentioning that IMS works in the field of establishing real estate companies, setting goals and future visions, and working on providing investment solutions. It established more than six real estate companies and managed more than 20 projects ranging between residential, administrative, and commercial in New Cairo, the NAC, Heliopolis, Port Said, Damietta, Assiut, and Menoufia.
