IMS Developments aims to launch its latest residential project in New Heliopolis City in the near future as part of its expansion plan to introduce several diversified projects in 2024, Invest-Gate reports.

For his part, Muhammad Atif, the Sales Department Director of IMS Developments, stated that the company successfully achieved its sales targets in the past year, enabling its expansion plan to introduce many real estate projects in various areas.

Moreover, Atif emphasized the company’s commitment to offering more offers periodically at prices suitable for all segments of society. Also, Atif explained that the upcoming projects will have several distinguishing features, starting from selecting the best locations near major axes and services to meet the client’s requirements in choosing distinguished housing.

Furthermore, Atif mentioned that IMS owns more than 20 projects in areas such as Beit Al Watan, New Narcissus, Andalusia, Lotus, and Al Rehab, as well as several scattered areas in New Cairo.

Notably, IMS is considering launching diversified projects in various locations across the republic to provide customers with a diverse real estate portfolio, especially in new cities and fourth-generation cities experiencing significant demand for new project launches as a natural extension of investment.
