IMS (Investment & Management Solutions) introduces the establishment of a “+ 3” Association with IEC and VC, to provide integrated marketing, investment, sales, implementation, and architectural solutions, Invest-Gate reports.

“This association aims to provide the best investment solutions to save time and effort. The services provided by the alliance starts from choosing the plots from a large number of offered lands and creating alternative opportunities, through the VC company,” Hisham Ibrahim, general manager of IMS, and chairman of the Investment Committee of the New Cairo and Administrative Capital Developers Association says.

He further explains that the role of IMS “is providing technical, investment, marketing, and financial feasibility studies for the land plots, plus assisting the investor, evaluating the land, studying the construction cost of the project, and the payment systems.”

The alliance also works to complete the project procedures through implementation, licenses, dealing with official authorities, collections, customer service, and other investment solutions that work on the success of the project completely.

It’s worth mentioning that IMS works in the field of establishing real estate companies, setting goals and future visions, and working on providing investment solutions. It established six real estate companies and managed more than 15 projects ranging from residential, administrative, and commercial in New Cairo. The company expanded its business with the direction of the developers to invest in the new administrative capital.
