Serenity for Investment and Real Estate Asset Management announced its launch as the first developer specialized in developing and managing Memorial Gardens, unveiling its first project, “Serene.” The project is being developed on a 58-feddan plot as a first phase, in partnership with Administrative Capital for Urban Development Company, on the Suez Road, and is expected to be launched in the first quarter of 2026.
