Incomercial Leasing and Facility Management, a company specializing in managing commercial projects, has contracted to manage nine multi-use real estate projects for eight major real estate development companies during the third quarter of this year, Invest-Gate reports.

Mohamed Shehata, Chairman of Incomercial Leasing and Facility Management, stated that the company is continually seeking to expand its real estate portfolio and collaborate with leading real estate firms operating in the Egyptian market in several areas, including the New Administrative Capital (NAC), New Cairo, and Shorouk.

He explained that the company has contracted with Samco Holding to manage its latest project, The Five; Rayn Developments for the Voco Mall project; Affix Developments for the Kernel project; H.A.G Development for the Eleven Square project; Scope Developments for the Aisle 90 project; Ibtikar Developments for the Nexus project; Meamar Makkah for the Break Yard project; and finally, Aswaq Developments for its Arena Mall and Solaria Mall projects.

He added that the presence of these companies in the Egyptian market aims to provide the best services to customers and investors, maximizing the benefits of their investment processes. Commercial projects are ideal for both global and local brands looking to enhance their presence in the dynamic and ever-growing Egyptian market.

Additionally, he mentioned that they are set to contract for more promising projects in New Cairo, Shorouk, and the NAC with major real estate developers.
