Inertia Developments to Deliver 1,600 Units in 2022

Inertia Developments reveals the most prominent features of its investment and marketing plan for 2022. Besides what the company achieves during H1 2022, Invest-Gate reports.

CEO of Inertia Developments Ahmed El Adawy says that the company has a strong plan for 2022, which is mainly based on accelerating the implementation rate of all its projects. Moreover, the company eyes delivering 1,600 units in its various projects and about 800 of these units are delivered during H1.

El Adawy adds that the company’s portfolio includes eight projects, four projects between residential and commercial are completed and delivered, while the other four projects are currently implemented.

Additionally, the company’s construction plan for 2022 includes the implementation of contracts worth EGP 2 bn. The implementation rates of the projects are in accordance with the set plan, as commitment and delivery are an essential part of the company’s plan.

The company aims to achieve contractual sales worth EGP 4 bn in 2022, in addition to offering distinctive units with various payment systems in all projects.

El Adawy clarifies that the company implements the fully marketed Joulz project. Joulz is located in the Cairo-Alexandria Desert Road on ​​115 acres. It also features 1152 housing units, ranging from apartments, townhouses, twin houses, and separate villas of various spaces. Further, the company starts delivering the project.

The company completes the implementation of the fully marketed project, Soleya, in West Cairo and starts to deliver it. Soleya is an integrated residential project, located on ​​19 acres and features apartments, townhouses, twin houses, and separate villas, with a total of 172 units.

Further, Inertia starts delivering the Brix project this year, which is an integrated residential project. It is spanned over 44,000 sqm and has 194 units with sizes starting from 82 to 275 meters.

El Adawy says that the Jefaira project spans over ​​5.8 mn sqm. The project is located in a privileged location on the bank of the Mediterranean in the North Coast and extends over a huge area.

Jefaira has several internal phases and the implementation of the Furl, first neighborhood of the project, starts in 2017, The Quayside neighborhood in 2018, and The Cribs neighborhood in 2019. The company starts delivering the project in 2022.

The project features separate villas on the sea of various sizes starting from 238 to 309 meters and twin houses of areas ranging from 165 meters to 253 meters. Besides, townhouses with an area of 164 meters, chalets ranging from 121 to 225 meters, apartments ranging from 50 to 183 meters, and studios.

Inertia completes the implementation of the Medipoint Sheikh Zayed project, which is a medical commercial project that includes 92 clinics on ​​3,000 sqm in Sheikh Zayed. It also implements three projects in the Red Sea, including G Cribs in El Gouna on ​​17,000 sqm that comprises 99 units for phase I and 231 units for phase II. Besides, the Veranda project, which includes 183 units are delivered in Sahl Hasheesh.
