Inertia Egypt has commenced unit deliveries at its Jefaira project in Ras El Hekma on the North Coast, bringing the development to life with a range of services now operational, Invest-Gate reports.
These include the launch of the beach area, the opening of several restaurants, and the establishment of an emergency unit at Jefaira Hospital.
For his part, Ahmed El Adawy, CEO of Inertia Egypt, highlighted that the company has accelerated construction to meet delivery schedules, ensuring that units are handed over to clients with the highest quality standards. This year, the company aims to deliver 500 units within the Jefaira development.
During a press tour of the project, El Adawy reiterated the company’s commitment to maintaining a steady delivery rate and enhancing the living experience for residents.
Moreover, El Adawy emphasized that the operational beach allows clients to enjoy the project’s amenities even before taking possession of their units. The newly opened emergency unit at Jefaira Hospital offers 24/7 medical care, ensuring comprehensive services are available year-round.
Furthermore, El Adawy pointed out that the availability of these services is designed to ensure high occupancy throughout the year, aligning with the government’s vision of transforming the North Coast into a vibrant, year-round destination.
Also, the region has seen strong sales activity, particularly since the Ras El Hekma deal was announced earlier this year, a trend expected to continue.
Jefaira, Inertia’s largest project, features numerous units, including standalone villas, twin houses, townhouses, chalets, apartments, and studios.
Notably, the development’s integration with the broader Ras El Hekma area enhances its appeal, providing residents with access to extensive recreational activities just 23 km away.
