The Saudi Entrustment and Liquidation Center (Infath) announced conducting 24 online and offline auctions to sell 304 real estate properties located in eight regions across the kingdom, Invest-Gate reports.

The properties to be offered in the auctions span residential, commercial, agricultural, and industrial real estate in cities including Mekkah, Al Qassim, and Medina provinces. The auctions will be held between 1 and 7 August 2023.

Infath is an independent government center and initiative implemented under the National Transformation Program supporting Saudi Vision 2030, oversees liquidating the real estate and movable assets assigned to it by judicial authorities, private entities, and individuals.
