Infinity Tower Reaches 55% Completion in Egypt’s New Capital

Infinity Towers for Urban Development, an Egyptian real estate developer, says its Infinity Tower in Egypt’s New Administrative Capital has reached 55% completion and risen 100 meters (328 feet) from its full height of 210 meters, Invest-Gate reports.

The tower, located in the capital’s central business district, has completed five underground parking levels, all commercial floors and the first phase of office floors from the 11th to 24th levels, the Cairo-based company states in a statement.

The progress shows the company’s “unwavering commitment to meeting project timelines,” it adds.

Infinity Tower is “a testament to our unwavering commitment to excellence, innovation and customer satisfaction,” Assaad Salama, managing director of Infinity Towers, comments.

The developer used “cutting-edge construction technologies that are being implemented in Egypt for the first time” to speed up work while maintaining safety, he notes.

The tower has 28 floors of offices, up to 1,560 sqm each, and 11,000 sqm of commercial space. The first phase sold out quickly and the second is expected to be done by December, with the first phase due to be delivered in 2024.

Infinity Tower is the tallest mixed-use tower in Egypt at 210 meters, with five underground parking levels with 800 parking spots, the largest such lot in Egypt, according to the statement. The tower has 16 elevators and advanced fire safety standards.
