Infinity Towers for Urban Developments and Savills, one of the leading property consultants globally, sign an exclusive leasing and property management agreement for the exemplary administrative building in the NAC, Infinity Tower, Invest-Gate reports.

The signing ceremony is attended by Assaad Salama, Managing Director of Infinity Towers for Urban Developments in addition to Catesby Langer-Paget, Head of Savills Egypt, along with other executives from both parties.

Infinity Tower, one of Egypt’s tallest skyscrapers, is set to be completed in three phases by the end of 2024 with a total investment of EGP 2.5 bn.

The 200-metre-tall office building is located in the Central Business District (CBD) of the New Administrative Capital (NAC) and 300 metres away from the Iconic Tower.

The tower is set to become the tallest LEED certified building in Egypt backed by years of experience in the consultancy and development of super high-rise buildings globally.

It is worth noting that Infinity Tower is a class-A administrative tower that is set to provide 1,560 sqm of column-less office space per floor. It is being built to the highest standards with 4.5 metre slab-to-slab typical floor ceiling height, five levels of underground parking with 800 parking slots, and a total of 20 elevators.
