Infinity Towers for Urban Developments announces the launch of the second phase of the Infinity Tower project in the New Administrative Capital after the success of selling the entire first phase of the project in record time, Invest-Gate reports.
The company also says that it has completed over 45% of the project.
The first phase of the Infinity Tower project includes 14 floors for administrative offices, while the second phase includes another 14 floors for administrative offices.
Assaad Salama, Managing Director of Infinity Towers comments: “I have benefited from my experience in constructing 130 international towers over the course of eighteen years to develop a global vision for the Infinity Tower in the NAC, whether in design or materials.”
Infinity Tower, one of Egypt’s tallest skyscrapers, is set to be completed in three phases by the end of 2024 with a total investment of EGP 2.5 bn.
The 200-metre-tall office building is located in the Central Business District (CBD) of the New Administrative Capital (NAC) and 300 metres away from the Iconic Tower.
The tower is set to become the tallest LEED certified building in Egypt backed by years of experience in the consultancy and development of super high-rise buildings globally.
It is worth noting that Infinity Tower is a class-A administrative tower that is set to provide 1,560 sqm of column-less office space per floor. It is being built to the highest standards with 4.5 metre slab-to-slab typical floor ceiling height, five levels of underground parking with 800 parking slots, and a total of 20 elevators.
