Informa Markets Launches 12th Edition of Cityscape Egypt Real Estate Expo

Informa Markets, the leading global exhibitions group, has announced the 12th edition of Cityscape Egypt, the largest real estate show in Egypt and Africa, Invest-Gate reports.

The event will be held between September 20 and 23 at the Egypt International Exhibition Center, under the auspices of the Ministry of Housing, Utilities, and Urban Communities.

Cityscape offers insights into real estate developments and advanced technologies shaping the sector and driving investment in Egypt.

Over 12 years, Cityscape has promoted real estate growth in the region, connecting investors and developers in Egypt, Saudi Arabia, Bahrain, and Qatar.

This year’s event will feature over 70 exhibitors across 35,000 sqm in four halls, showcasing hundreds of projects in key Egyptian locations. In addition, exclusive offers and payment plans will be available.

The launch of new projects is expected, with over 20,000 visitors anticipated. Also, all major real estate stakeholders will participate.

“Egypt’s real estate market has advantages making it attractive to investors, especially its resilience amid global economic challenges,” said Robert Daniel, the Cityscape Director.

He said that Cityscape is a major partner for Egyptian real estate, providing developers with a platform to showcase projects and meet stakeholders.

Informa has made all preparations to ensure the success of this 12th edition, Daniel confirmed, adding that activities align with Egypt’s urban development goals of promoting welfare and sustainability.

The Cityscape Talks conference will enable public and private sector experts to share experiences and discuss sector developments.

Cityscape Egypt covers residential, commercial, retail, administrative, industrial, and hospitality real estate. Talks will cover investment opportunities, financing, sustainability, and other key themes, Daniel explained.

A panel on women’s vital role in the sector will be held, along with an architecture workshop and discussion on sustainability. The latter reflects the growing interest in environmentally-friendly construction aligned with Egypt’s Vision 2030.

Last year’s event connected investors and buyers with top developers for a successful edition, and Informa looks to build on this success in 2023, Daniel concluded.
