InterContinental Hotels Group (IHG) and Al-Futtaim on Monday announced the signing of an agreement for the largest Holiday Inn hotel in the UAE in Dubai’s Festival City, according to a press release.

The agreement over the management of the 520-room hotel marks the fifth property in partnership between the two companies, with the hotel expected to be completed towards the end of 2017 and will cater to the mid-market segment.

The new hotel will join InterContinental and Crowne Plaza, already located in Dubai Festival City, and will directly connect to Dubai Festival City Mall.
