Building on its successes in the real estate market, Invest-Gate announced its plan to organize its third event entitled “Branded Residences Hotel Apartments Roundtable” on January 30, at the Nile Ritz-Carlton Hotel, Cairo.

The event will be officially sponsored by the giant real estate developers, Tatweer Misr, and Rooya Group, and will be held in collaboration with several media partners, including Daily News Egypt, Al Borsa Newspaper, and Hapi Journal.

The growing luxury trend of branded residences and hotel apartments will be the main topic of discussion at the roundtable, as top real estate market leaders will gather under one roof to discuss all the business model’s challenges and potentialities.

As the branded residence model is fairly new to the Middle East, especially to Egypt, it is seen to have a great potential to glow and as a great opportunity to be capitalized on by developers, hotel groups, and investors. Consequently, this all will contribute to re-positioning Egypt on the world map in terms of investment climate and attractiveness.
