The total value of construction contracts amounts to approximately EGP 10 billion, in a step that reflects the project’s transition into the actual execution phase with strong confidence in the market.

Details of the First Phase of the Project

The first phase of the project includes the development of a diverse range of residential units, comprising villas, twin houses, townhouses, and apartments with various sizes and designs, catering to the needs of multiple customer segments.

VIE Collective is considered one of the most prominent integrated residential projects in New Cairo, thanks to its strategic location on the Middle Ring Road and its proximity to key vital axes and major urban developments, enhancing its attractiveness as a comprehensive residential and investment destination.
