International Property Show (IPS) Egypt, held from January 10 to 13, has achieved a sales volume of EGP 430 mn during the four-day event, Invest-Gate reports.
Mohamed Farid Khamis, owner and CEO of OUD, said the company has registered EGP 200 mn sales during IPS, noting that the company’s booth has received about 1,700 customers during the exhibition’s days, according to a press release published on January 14,
For his part, Mohamed Abou Elnour, sales director at Beta Egypt, said the property developer has achieved EGP 30 mn in sales during the exhibition and has received about 200 customers.
In addition, Edge Holding has achieved EGP 50 mn sales and received about 180 customers throughout the event’s four days.
Mountain View has recorded EGP 100 mn sales in the four days of IPS and has received 250 visitors. Additionally, other participating real estate companies have also recorded great sales, according to the press release.
Meanwhile, Mohamed Al Saidi, CEO of Strategic Marketing and Exhibition in Cairo, one of the show’s organizers, announced the launch of IPS Jeddah in its first edition in Saudi Arabia in February, confirming that Jeddah exhibition is an important platform for exporting Egyptian property.
