Arthur & Hardman, an affiliate of Rein Holding Group, is launching its new residential project Milano Bay Giovanni Boutique Suites in Dubai’s Jumeirah village, Invest-Gate reports.

The project was developed at a total investment cost of AED 125 mn and is inspired by Italian architecture. The Milano residential tower is comprised of 18 floors and includes 124 fully-furnished apartments.

Milano Bay consists of studio apartments that have been 30% complete and will be delivered in 2018. The project also includes amenities such as a private parking, coffee shop, swimming pool, luxury spa, sauna, and shopping center.

“The new project is part of our plan to invest USD 300 mn in launching other real estate projects in Dubai and UAE during the next five years,” says Board Director of “Reign Holdings” Samir Salya, according to the company’s released statement.

The company is currently developing real estate projects, including hotels and residential towers located in Marina, Meydan, and Business Bay.
