IWG inks partnership agreements for the development of four new co-working spaces in Cairo, Invest-Gate reports.

Three of the four facilities are set to be launched in 2023 in Pioneer Plaza, Maspero Business Tower, and One Kattameya Maadi.

IWG is set to launch The View by The Waterway in New Cairo. It is a mixed-use complex that features retail, residential, and office spaces.

The company will develop Regus Pioneer Plaza in partnership with Global Pioneer Investment and Development and will be IWG’s first workspace in the New Administrative Capital.

IWG plans to launch its space in Pioneer Place by the third quarter of 2023.

IWG partnered with Premier Group for Regus Maspero Business Tower. The project is located in a 15-floor building, including business, commercial, and retail units.

It is situated over a total space of 1,000 sqm. IWG plans to open Regus Maspero Business Tower space in Q4 of 2023.

Furthermore, Regus One Kattameya Maadi will be located in a 616-sqm 12-floor building.

The Regus co-working space is scheduled to open in Q1 of 2023.
