Jadeer Developments delivered a remarkable performance during Cityscape 2025, the largest real estate event in Egypt and the Middle East, held at the Egypt International Exhibition Center from September 24 to 27. The company’s booth (B55 – Hall 2) attracted many investors and clients, reflected in high booking rates and significant interest in its exclusive offers. Company officials described the event as a major turning point in Jadeer’s expansion journey, Invest-Gate reports.
During the exhibition, Jadeer showcased a diverse portfolio of residential, commercial, administrative, and hospitality projects, reflecting its ambitious vision. Among the key developments presented were Red G, a mixed-use administrative, commercial, and hospitality project in New Cairo located opposite Maxim Mall, which will feature Egypt’s first Indigo Hotel in partnership with global hospitality group IHG; Garnet, a luxury residential compound in Fifth Settlement with a strategic location and contemporary designs; Code, an administrative and commercial project in Downtown New Capital designed for smart spaces; and Obex, an administrative development in the Financial District that reinforces the capital’s role as a regional investment hub.
Jadeer announced the signing of a strategic partnership with IHG Hotels & Resorts to manage and operate the first Hotel Indigo in Egypt, located within the Red G project. Scheduled to open in 2031, the hotel will feature 120 modern rooms and is set to become a valuable addition to Egypt’s hospitality sector, underscoring the confidence of international brands in the Egyptian market.
