Jadeer Group Partners with CBRE to Manage Code Project in NAC

Jadeer Group, one of the leading real estate companies, announced its partnership with CBRE, one of the largest global companies in property management, to manage its project, Code, in the New Administrative Capital (NAC), Invest-Gate reports.

For his part, Mohamed Aboelkhair, CEO of Jadeer Group, explained that this partnership aligns with their strategy to provide the best post-sales services, ensure luxury living requirements, and establish an efficient management and maintenance system to preserve the property.

Moreover, the company is about to complete the excavation works at the project site. According to the project’s timeline, the construction of three basements, covering the entire project area, will be completed by the end of the current year. Also, construction activities for the upper floors will commence at the beginning of 2024.

The company aims to complete the project’s sales by the end of the year’s third quarter. According to the project’s schedule, the delivery of the project is planned to be by the end of 2026.

Aboelkhair added that the Code project is located in the Downtown, spanning 7,200 sqm. The total investment cost for the  project is estimated at EGP 1.3 bn, with the company aiming to achieve sales of approximately EGP 2 bn.

Aboelkhair further highlighted that the project consists of three separate but interconnected towers, connected by bridges. Jadeer has provided various flexible payment systems, starting with a 10% down payment and installment plans of up to 10 years without interest.

Regarding the project’s design, Aboelkhair revealed that Jadeer has contracted with an architectural firm, one of the largest engineering consulting companies in the Middle East. The firm has provided a simple yet distinguished design with meticulous details that set it apart.

Aboelkhair unveiled Jadeer’s expansion plan, targeting implementing a series of projects in various areas, including the Fifth Settlement area. Additionally, they plan to invest in the Sheikh Zayed City, the 6th of October City, and the NAC, with a total investment of EGP 2.5 bn.
