Jadeer Group Showcases Distinctive Units in Garnet Project at Cityscape Egypt Exhibition

Jadeer Group has confirmed its attendance at the Cityscape Egypt exhibition scheduled from September 25 to 28, 2024 at the Egypt International Exhibitions Center, Invest-Gate reports.

Mahmoud Abu El Khair, Chairman of Jadeer Group and Board Member of the New Cairo and Administrative Capital Developers Association, emphasized the company’s strategic expansion within Egypt, focusing on projects that enhance the real estate sector significantly.

He highlighted Jadeer Group’s recent launch of the Garnet Residence Project in New Cairo, covering 14 feddans in the Northern Investors Area near North 90th Street. Abu El Khair remarked, “The project benefits from a prime location near key New Cairo landmarks and major developments. It offers a premium real estate product tailored to meet customer needs, fostering an integrated urban community that embodies Jadeer Group’s dedication to quality.”

Abu El Khair noted that the initial phase of the Garnet Project, introduced in January, rapidly sold out due to its sought-after location, distinctive design, and competitive pricing. He mentioned, “The project harmoniously blends modern and classical architectural styles, featuring facades that promote sustainability and a living environment crafted to optimize value.”

During the Cityscape Egypt exhibition, Jadeer Group will showcase fully finished units ranging from 60 to 300 sqm. The offerings will include flexible payment options, such as a special promotion of zero down payment and installment plans of up to 10 years, interest-free. Prices for fully finished apartments start at EGP 4.8 mn.

The Garnet project is a mixed-use urban development comprising residential buildings with ground floors, six upper levels, a commercial mall, and soon-to-be-announced hotel apartments. The development incorporates various amenities designed to nurture community cohesion.

Abu El Khair disclosed that construction activities have only impacted 18% of the land, preserving ample green spaces. He mentioned, “While the initial phase began at EGP 60,000 per sqm, current prices range between EGP 85,000 and EGP 90,000 per sqm due to robust demand and the project’s prime locale.”

Additionally, Abu El Khair revealed that the initial phase of Garnet in New Cairo has been completely sold, with subsequent phases strategically timed based on construction progress. The final phase will be released upon completion, with immediate unit handover.

Furthermore, he shared that Memar Group, the project’s consultant with an extensive portfolio spanning Egypt, the UAE, Saudi Arabia, and Qatar, is overseeing the development. Jadeer Group has already commenced site preparation and aims to achieve significant construction milestones by 2025.
