Following a successful performance in 2024, where Jadeer Group met its sales and project implementation targets, Eng. Mahmoud Abu Al-Khair, the Chairman of the Board of Directors, shared insights into the company’s future direction. He highlighted an integrated approach for growth in the Egyptian market, which will involve forming numerous strategic partnerships with both local and international organizations. This collaboration aims to enhance the quality of services offered across the group’s projects, Invest-Gate reports.
Al-Khair further indicated that 2025 will see the announcement of a significant new project in a prime location within Egypt. This upcoming project is designed to introduce an innovative product that adds considerable value to the local market, aligning with Jadeer Group’s core objective for its initiatives.
Eng. Mahmoud Abu Al -Khair said that Jadeer Group accomplished the launch of new stages with its existing projects during 2025, including the Garnet residence project in New Cairo, which managed to draw the attention of customers and achieved the fully targeted sales during 2024. This project has already captured customer interest and successfully achieved its sales targets for 2024. Impressively, it generated EGP 5 billion in contractual sales within just six months, with initial units released in the first quarter and subsequent launches occurring in September.
The Garnet Residence project spans 14 acres in the Northern Investors Area in New Cairo, conveniently located near the prominent Northern Ninety Street. This project is strategically positioned close to some of New Cairo’s most notable landmarks and significant developments. It aims to deliver a real estate product tailored to meet customer demands while fostering an integrated urban community. Jadeer Group, which spearheads this initiative, adheres to foundational principles that emphasize creating a high-quality brand aligned with client expectations.
Designed as a cohesive urban development, the Garnet Residence Project features six-story residential buildings along with a commercial mall, hotel apartments, and a range of amenities. Notably, only 18% of the site’s total area is developed, allowing for ample green spaces that enhance the living environment.
Eng. Mahmoud Abu Al-Khair announced that Jadeer Group is targeting contractual sales of EGP 10 billion by 2025. He also revealed plans for a strategic partnership with a recognized brand to manage the hotel apartments within the Garnet Residence project.
Furthermore, the company is set to implement a comprehensive marketing strategy in 2025 aimed at promoting Jadeer Group’s projects internationally. This initiative will involve participation in foreign exhibitions and the formation of strategic partnerships with international real estate marketing firms, helping to establish a client base of Egyptians living abroad and foreign investors interested in the Egyptian real estate market.
