Jadeer Real Estate Group aims to launch the second phase of its New Cairo mini-compound Swara next summer, after the complete sale of the project’s first phase, Invest-Gate reports.
Mahmoud Abo El Khair, the company’s chairman, revealed that Jadeer intends to entirely deliver Swara, which covers 3,000 square meters and comprises four buildings in Beit El Watan, east Cairo, with investments of EGP 88.5 mn, he said in a press release on June 23.
Abo El Khair pointed out that the project includes 80 fully-finished housing units to suit all segments, ranging from 110 to 370 square meters, between studios, duplexes, and penthouses. He noted that the project encompasses integrated services such as a gym, a spa, a number of swimming pools, amongst others.
Meanwhile, with investments reaching EGP 270 mn, Jadeer is currently implementing seven residential buildings across various areas in New Cairo. In addition, it will open a new branch in 6th of October City, west Cairo, in a bid to expand into new markets such as Sheikh Zayed.
The company is currently seeking to develop a new coastal project that will be announced in the coming period, Abo El Khair revealed.
