Assem El Gazzar, minister of housing, utilities, and urban communities, has revealed that JANNA luxury housing project will boast 4,920 fully-finished residential units in west Cairo’s Sheikh Zayed, Invest-Gate reports.
This came during El Gazzar’s inspection tour in the city, accompanied by Chairman of Sheikh Zayed Development Authority Mustafa Fahmy as well as a number of other ministerial officials, where he stressed on the importance of paying attention to the units’ finishing, according to a statement released on April 21.
The minister also visited Riviera Road, which links the Ring Road with Cairo-Alexandria Desert Road, and aims to reduce the traffic pressure on the 26th of July Corridor and serve the area’s new expansion.
In addition, El Gazzar also toured the recreational area being executed on Dahshur Link Road, which includes four shopping malls, restaurants, soccer fields, kiosks, and an administrative building.
He also visited the finished Sheikh Zayed Central Park, which will open to the public soon. The 65-acre park includes green spaces, restaurants, artificial lakes, fountains, waterfalls, parking areas, walkways, and bike tracks, according to the statement.
