New Urban Communities Authority [NUCA] Deputy Assistant Gamal Talaat inspects housing projects JANNA and Sakan Misr based in New Cairo, accompanied by government officials and representatives from contracting companies prior to its delivery, Invest-Gate reports.

Upon inspection are the infrastructure, site layouts, and construction updates, assuring that the project delivery is as scheduled.  Talaat assures, “Construction updates are according to plan and we aim to deliver all units as soon as possible.”

During his visit, Talaat urges companies to push both projects by all means possible. Both projects, JANNA and Sakan Misr, encompass over 17k units combined and 721 buildings.
