Jawad Developments has unveiled Hayah Walk mall in 6th of October City, marking the next step in its Hayah Residence project after phase one sold out, Invest-Gate reports.
Strategically located in West Cairo near the Central Axis, Ring Road, and major landmarks such as MSA University, Mall of Egypt, and Mall of Arabia, the mixed-use development combines commercial, administrative, and medical spaces.
Dr. Adel Abdel Jawad, Chairman of Jawad Developments, said Hayah Residence reflects the company’s vision of building integrated residential communities to global standards, blending luxury with functionality.
Spanning 42,000 sqm with an investment of EGP 5 bn, the project includes high-end homes, serviced apartments, a mall hosting top brands, modern offices, and a state-of-the-art medical complex.
Mahmoud Dawoud, Head of Sales, noted that Hayah Walk offers fully finished commercial, medical, and administrative units, with administrative prices starting at EGP 96,000 per sqm. Flexible payment plans of up to nine years are available.
The three-floor mall will feature commercial outlets on the ground floor, medical clinics on the first floor, and offices on the second floor—totaling 150 units, all delivered with air conditioning and to international standards.
The launch of Hayah Walk follows the company’s progress on Val Plaza, a flagship EGP 1.3 bn mixed-use project comprising 250 units. Core construction is complete, with handovers set for 2026 and sales already reaching EGP 2 bn.
Jawad Developments said these projects form part of its expansion strategy to strengthen its presence in Egypt’s real estate market and support the state’s urban development vision.
