Jiwa Developments has announced the launch of its latest project, Za White Strip Mall, strategically located on Dahshour Link Road in Sheikh Zayed, directly opposite Mall of Arabia, Invest-Gate reports.

The mixed-use project includes commercial and administrative units across a ground floor and two upper levels. With construction already completed, the company has begun finishing works, reaffirming its commitment to timely delivery and maximizing investment returns for clients.

Building on its diverse portfolio, Jiwa continues to expand its presence in the Egyptian market. Among its key projects is One Plaza Mall in New Cairo’s Mostafa Kamel Axis, now in the final façade stage and scheduled for delivery within months. Another development, Ai Angel Mall in the Narges area of New Cairo, is under construction and will also feature commercial, administrative, and medical units.

Eng. Hani El-Gammal, Chairman of Jiwa Developments, emphasized that the launch of Za White Strip Mall marks an important milestone in the company’s expansion strategy. He added that Jiwa aims to diversify into large-scale residential compounds, offering integrated projects that add real value to the real estate market. Gen. Esmat Farag, General Manager, highlighted the company’s dedication to on-time delivery and long-term investment value.

The project is backed by leading consultants, including Arch. Wael El-Samman (Smarch), Eng. George Zakaria (Ocean), Eng. Ehab Ishak (Ehab Ishak Designs), and Eng. Ali El-Zahar for construction works.
