The signing ceremony was attended by Mr. Mohamed Kadry, Dr. Montaser Abdel Baky, and Eng. Mahmoud Shalaby, Board Members of Jnoub Koronfil Developments, alongside Prof. Dr. Mohamed Yehia, Chairman of Queens Royal Hospital, and several board members from both entities.

Under the agreement, Queens Royal Hospital has acquired an entire building within Najma Walk, reflecting growing investor confidence in the project’s prime location and integrated design. He added that the project embodies Jnoub Koronfil’s commitment to sustainable development and long-term investment value.

Meanwhile, Eng. Mahmoud Shalaby emphasized that Jnoub Koronfil continues to advance its expansion strategy through strategic partnerships with local and international entities to ensure world-class quality and investor satisfaction.

Spanning over 12,000 sqm, Najma Walk features a distinctive architectural design incorporating AI-powered smart systems to create a modern, fully integrated experience.
