Dubai-based residential golf community, Jumeirah Golf Estates, launches Tower C for sale on today, May 17, for UAE nationals and loyal clients at its sales centre, Invest-Gate reports.

Meanwhile, public sales will commence on Saturday, May 20. Expected to be handed over in Q3 2019, the 120-apartment tower is the third to be launched in its Alandalus development, following the first two which already sold out and are on track for handover in 2018.

Prices will start from AED 685,000 for one-bedroom apartments, and customers can avail a 2% waiver on Dubai Land Department (DLD) fees on purchases between May 17 and 20, yet this offer will still be available to UAE nationals afterwards.
