Just Development has announced the completion of the first phase of the concrete structure for its Legacy Business Complex in Egypt’s New Administrative Capital, covering 60% of the total concrete work, Invest-Gate reports.
For his part, Osama Gomaa, Chairman of Just Development, highlighted that reaching this milestone reflects the company’s commitment to its clients despite recent economic challenges faced by the real estate market and developers. He emphasized that the company has accelerated construction to maintain client credibility and adhere to the project’s timeline, which aligns with its unique and sustainable design.
Moreover, Gomaa further noted that Just Development has formed a strategic partnership with one of the leading consulting firms to deliver a distinguished and sustainable real estate product.
Also, through this agreement, Identity Consulting will provide all internal and external consultancy services for the project, aligning with eco-friendly building standards.
Furthermore, the Legacy Business Complex, strategically positioned in the heart of the downtown area, spans 3,000 sqm. It boasts a ground floor and 10 stories, housing commercial, medical, and administrative facilities. The project is uniquely situated in one of the largest squares downtown, opposite the Government District, the Misr Mosque, and the monorail.
It is also conveniently located near the main thoroughfare and Ben Zayed Axis, close to the Al Masa Hotel, and offers stunning views of a main square and two prominent streets, one 50 meters wide and the other 40 meters wide, as well as a pedestrian street.
