Just Development launches the “Legacy” project in the downtown area in the New Administrative Capital (NAC), with investments estimated at EGP 500 mn, Invest-Gate reports.

Chairman of Just Development Osama Gomaa states that the Legacy project spans over ​​3,000 sqm, comprising ground and 10 floors for commercial, medical, and administrative activities.

He remarks that the ground and first floors include commercial units, the second floor is for administrative units, from the third to the sixth floors are for medical units, and the remaining floors include administrative activities.

Gomaa points out that the floor’s area at Legacy is about 900 sqm, besides, the commercial spaces range from 20 to 109 sqm, and the administrative unit is from 24 to 67 sqm, adding that administrative and medical units are delivered fully finished with air conditioning.

For his part, Nabil Qirat, commercial director at Just Development, discloses that the building’s design has utilized the spaces optimally, in addition to implementing the highest quality standards in smart construction. Besides, the building includes open spaces, distinctive facades for all units, as well as four elevators.

Moreover, he remarks that Just Development is adopting an expansion strategy during the coming period, especially in east Cairo.
