JUST Development contracts with IDENTITY Engineering Consultants to provide comprehensive consulting services for the Legacy project in the New Administrative Capital (NAC), Invest-Gate reports.

Accordingly, IDENTITY will deliver all consulting services for the project, both internal and external, by environmentally friendly construction systems.

The “Legacy” project is located in the Downtown area, covering 3,000 sqm and comprising ground and 10 floors for commercial, medical, and administrative activities. It is situated in one of the largest squares in Downtown, facing the Government District, Egypt Mosque, and Monorail, on the main axis and Bin Zayed Axis near the Diamond Hotel.

For his part, Osama Gomaa, Chairman of Just Development, stated that the company successfully contracted with IDENTITY for consultancy services to provide engineering and aims to deliver for the Legacy project in the NAC.

Gomaa added that the floor area in “Legacy” is approximately 900 sqm, with the ground and first floors designated for commercial activities, the second floor for administrative purposes, and the third to the sixth floors for medical purposes, with the remaining floors being administrative.

This aims to deliver a real estate product that complies with environmental regulations and is energy and water-efficient.

Moreover, Mustafa Elwan, Co-Founder of IDENTITY Engineering Consultants, expressed his happiness in collaborating with Just Development, affirming that their company will qualify for the Legacy project for important international assessments.

Notably, Elwan highlighted that IDENTITY Engineering Consultants rely primarily on science and research conducted by university professors and applied in projects, integrated with practical experience from developers. The work culminates in using the latest evaluation systems (EDGE).
