JUZUR Company officially launches its operations with a spectacular event at the Sound and Light Theater at the Pyramids, west Cairo, Invest-Gate reports.

The celebration unveiled JUZUR’s first project, NEO. Top officials, business leaders, bank representatives, real estate developers, marketers, artists, and notable figures from the community and real estate market attended it.

For his part, Tarek Nour, CEO of JUZUR Company, emphasized that the debut of NEO marks a strong and distinctive beginning for the company. He highlighted the substantial expertise in real estate development, financial strength, and strategic vision the company’s shareholders brought, signalling the arrival of a significant new player in the real estate market.

Also, Nour stated that JUZUR Company aims to go beyond typical projects, focusing on innovation and leveraging its competitive advantages to create vibrant, fully integrated urban developments that offer a unique lifestyle for residents.

Moreover, Moataz Shalaby, Chief Commercial Officer of JUZUR Company, explained that the grand launch was designed to introduce the company’s strategic plans and announce the emergence of a new real estate entity operating with global standards. The NEO development exemplifies these principles, spanning approximately 19,000 square meters in a prime location in New Cairo.

Furthermore, Shalaby detailed that the NEO project is situated on Al-Nasr Axis, near the Attorney General’s office, featuring a 103-meter wide frontage directly on the axis. The second frontage overlooks the Carnation Villas, providing the project with dual frontages of equal length.

Notably, the grand celebration featured performances by the world-renowned artist Omar Khairat, Amir Kamel and the globally acclaimed Ukrainian singer Etolubov, adding a distinctive flair to the event.
