KAO, a new company launched by leading Emarati entrepreneur Mohammed Bin Zaal, is set to launch its first project named Canvas in Dubai, reported Trade Arabia.

The new project is expected to reflect unique design and facilities, and will be located near Mohamed bin Rashid Gardens, off Emirates Road.

The project will include 70 apartments, and each unit, and is located 20 minutes away from the city.

Canvas will consist of studios, one-, two-, and three-bedroom apartments, as well as facilities such as a gourmet market, daycare, fitness centers, pool, gardens, and art displays. Units will be offered for sale in November, while the project is expected to be completed in December 2017.

The company’s upcoming developments will include residential communities, retail spaces, and will reflect a new design, special services, and access to culture and nature, according to Bin Zaal.
