Kayan Developments and Elaf Developments have announced a remarkable sales achievement, securing EGP 2 bn in sales for their joint project, Vida Residence, in just five days, Invest-Gate reports. The strong demand highlights the project’s appeal and the success of the partnership in reaching target customers.

Ahmed Tolba, Chairman of Kayan Developments, stated that Vida Residence is being developed under a partnership model and is strategically located in Hadayek October, near Zewail Square and the Wahat Road, providing easy access to key routes. The project is a fully integrated residential compound offering a range of unit sizes and comprehensive services.

The development features apartments and duplexes, with unit sizes ranging from 50 sqm to 200 sqm. Customers benefit from flexible payment plans, starting with a 10% down payment and installment periods of up to nine years. The units are competitively priced to accommodate a broad segment of buyers.

Kayan Developments has contracted ADC, led by engineer Ahmed Sorour, as the project’s engineering consultant. Tolba emphasized that Vida Residence aims to add significant value to Egypt’s real estate market by delivering high-quality, modern housing designed to global standards, catering to customers seeking superior living experiences.
