Kayan Developments has announced a partnership with TSM to oversee and manage the trademarks of Kayan Developments’ projects in West Cairo, marking a strategic move to enhance the investment worth of its endeavors, Invest-Gate reports.

The agreement was formalized through a signing ceremony attended by Ahmed Tolba, Chairman of Kayan Developments, and Mohamed Galal, Chairman of TSM, alongside representatives from both organizations.

Tolba expressed the company’s commitment to delivering exceptional projects adhering to top-tier quality standards, emphasizing the importance of collaborating with reputable and specialized partners to ensure success.

Currently, Kayan Developments is actively involved in more than seven projects within the West Cairo region, with TSM onboard to manage and operate these developments while incorporating premier brands.

Among its portfolio, Kayan Developments owns “Twin Plaza” in the first district of 6th of October City, which has been fully sold and over 80% completed, scheduled for delivery well ahead of the projected date. Additionally, the company holds the Hub 22 project in New October and the Zayed 49 project in Sheikh Zayed, where groundwork activities are currently underway.

Furthermore, the company possesses the Plaza Vida project in the first district of 6th of October, strategically positioned to overlook a key thoroughfare connecting the 26th of July axis and the Oasis Road. Situated in a densely populated area, the project is poised for high occupancy rates, ensuring consistent and rewarding returns for unit owners. Implementation efforts for this project have commenced.

Kayan Developments also owns the Hub 44 project in New October and is gearing up to introduce the C’est la vie project in Sheikh Zayed in December. With a diverse array of commercial projects strategically located to maximize returns for clients, the company remains dedicated to offering prime investment opportunities in coveted locations.
