A leading international developer, Kerzner International Resorts has collaborated with Knight Frank for real estate consultancy to launch Royal Atlantis Residences project located on the crescent of the Palm in Dubai, Trade Arabia reports.

The high-end project contains 231 houses ranging from two-, three-, four- and five-bedroom houses, sky courts, penthouses, and suites and is expected to be the city’s  first super-prime residential development and new global landmark.

The Royal Atlantis Residences will offer homes with prices starting from AED 7.6 mn and feature views of ocean.
