Khaled Sabry Holding Company signs contracts with Kelma Development Consulting and MOD+Partner for the master plan and engineering consulting of its Rosail City project, Invest-Gate reports.

Situated on 56 feddans, Rosail City is an integrated residential city with luxurious amenities in Mostakbal City, New Cairo.

Kelma Development Consulting will prepare technical and financial studies for the project, while MOD+Partner will be the engineering consultant for the project.

The Rosail City project is the first of its kind that keeps pace with the international real estate development standards in Egypt and aims to provide innovative solutions in New Cairo.

The project will offer a large number of units to Egyptians working abroad to support the export of Egyptian real estate.

The project is characterized by a built-up area of only 18%, which means a low population density and 82% of the area consists of green spaces, water bodies, artificial lakes, and services.

The residential units in the project are divided into 50% villas and 50% residential buildings consisting of ground and 6 floors.
