Khaled Sabry Holding revealed accomplishing EGP one bn in sales volume for the Rosail City project since its launch in the third quarter of 2023, Invest-Gate reports.

Khaled Sabry, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Khaled Sabry Holding, said that strong results were achieved from the project’s sales during their participation in the Cityscape 2023 exhibition.

He highlighted the impressive interaction from customers during their presence in the company’s pavilion at the exhibition, as well as their interest and demand for the Rosail City project in New Cairo.

Sabry pointed out the availability of all the distinction elements in Rosail City, as well its new phase. This phase was offered for the first time during Cityscape, achieving high sales during the four-day exhibition.

He underlined that an exclusive offer was presented during Cityscape, which was a free finishing offer on the units sold during the exhibition period. The offer was well received by customers, especially in light of the current high cost of finishing.

He explained that the Rosail City project is an integrated residential city located on an area of 56 acres in Mostakbal City in New Cairo. Moreover, the project is characterized by a built-up area (BUA) of only 18%, and the remaining 82% is for green spaces, water features, artificial lakes, and services.
