Khozam Developments contracts with Okoplan for the landscaping of the Creek Town and Go Heliopolis projects, Invest-Gate reports.
Chairman of the Board of Directors of Khozam Developments Nader Khozam states that Okoplan is one of the largest companies specialized in landscaping design with more than 30 years of experience, noting that through this cooperation, Khozam Developments seeks to launch integrated projects with green spaces to ensure a better life for customers.
The EGP 3 bn- Creek Town project spans over an area of 100 acres, and includes villas, townhouses, twin villas, and fully finished apartments, Khozam adds, remarking that all units overlook green spaces and lakes. He further clarifies that the project includes green spaces, artificial lakes, two social clubs, a security system, and a golf car, to benefit from the project’s various services.
Moreover, 80% of the project is for open spaces, green areas, and lakes, while only 20% is for residential buildings. It also encompasses a 10-acre administrative commercial area, and it is planned to be delivered within three years, Khozam explains.
Additionally, he discloses that it is planned to commence the project’s construction next month, highlighting that the first phase is sold out and the marketing of the second phase is to begin soon; meanwhile, the marketing of the commercial and administrative units of the project will begin in October.
Furthermore, Khozam elaborates that the first phase of the Go Heliopolis project is planned to start delivery at the end of 2022, and the second phase by the end of 2023. The Go Heliopolis project is executed in two phases and includes 1,000 housing units, in addition, 80% of the project’s units are sold out.
In a related context, Khozam confirms that the real estate market is agile against challenges, thanks to the real demand, indicating that the year 2021 witnesses an active market performance, coping with the state’s development plan.
