Kimit Real Estate Invests EGP 4 Bn in Egypt

Kimit Real Estate invests EGP 4 bn in the Egyptian market, Invest-Gate reports.

Ahmed Abdel Hakeim reveals that the company plans to launch a group of projects in the coming period, Managing Director of Kimit Group for Urban Development and Investment.

The company achieved up to EGP 3 bn in indirect sales in 2022 and enters into partnerships with more than 200 developers in various fields including residential, administrative, commercial, entertainment, and tourism, Abdel Hakeim, adds.

The top executive notes that the company seeks to generate more than $9 bn in sales in 2023.

He says that Kimit Real Estate’s plan for 2023 includes adding over 300 marketers to its structure.

The company targets EGP 6 bn in sales in the first two quarters, EGP 2 bn in the third quarter, and EGP 1 bn in the fourth quarter, Abdel Hakim states.
